my friend's account got hacked

Dear Discord 

Recently a friend of mine got his account hacked and unfortunately the hacker spammed with his account and his account got disabled by discord . his username was xRebel#4959 . how can we recover his account . In his email with discord support he told that he did not know what he did was wrong . but he was just trying to recover his account and did not know what was happening 

i know that my friend did not break the tos and his account was hacked since the hacker invited me to a server and my friend did not know about that certain server and because the hacker changed the profile picture of his account. Please can you help him recover his account

    Hello Resting,

    I'm sorry to hear this about your friend's account i can understand why they would be upset.

    First of all only the account owner should be contacting Discord Support as only the account holder can discuss their account with Discord Support or Discord's Trust and Safety Team.

    I would like to also point out a Discord Community Guideline that explains how Discord handles "Spamming"  

    Finally, we ask that you respect Discord itself:

    1. You may not spam Discord, especially our Customer Support and Trust & Safety teams. Making false and malicious reports, sending multiple reports about the same issue, or asking a group of users to all report the same content may lead to action being taken on your account.

    I understand that this may not have been the outcome you wanted to hear but I hope this information helps you with your concern.
