I would like to say that your support team is embarrasing and dumb. They terminated my friends account for "spamming" meanwhile he did nothing like this. Good luck with hiring great people to support team and declining people's appeals with standard reply.

  I’m sorry to hear your friend had an unpleasant experience with the Discord Support Team but please understand that any action that is taken is based on Community Guidelines and polices set in place to protect the Discord Community that everyone agrees to when they first make a Discord account I noticed you mentioned that the account in question was terminated for “Spamming” I would like to point your attention to the following Guideline listed below that clearly explains Discord’s policy around “Spamming”

  Finally, we ask that you respect Discord itself:

  18: You may not spam Discord, especially our Customer Support and Trust & Safety teams. Making false and malicious reports, sending multiple reports about the same issue, or asking a group of users to all report the same content may lead to action being taken on your account.

  Any action taken is done with supporting evidence being submitted and reviewed against the Guidelines and Polices of Discord by Discord’s Trust and Safety Team who will make the final decision. Now I understand that this may not have been the outcome you had hoped for your friend and I wish you the best of luck going forward.
