Discord Nitro apprently saying that I have 7 days to input credit, despite already doing this

Hi there, I recently bought classic nitro for a total of 12 months. I gifted it to myself so that I would not have recurring billing as I do not agree with the concept.

However, after a while, I ended up getting this statement: "Your nitro subscription ends in 7 days. Add a payment method to keep using profile customization and more"

However, when I go into my subscription settings in my account the information there seems to directly contradict the above:

I have never got this 7 day thing before and I took my card off my account pretty much the second after I bought nitro. Is there anything to be worried about? Do I need to contact my bank?
