Swipe to Reply in Discord

The reason as to why I'm posting this is because replying to any message feels like a pain in Discord app on mobile. You have to hold, press the reply prompt , and then do it. If possible, it would be great if a swipe to reply or a quick prompt pops up after holding where we can select reply quickly kind of feature is introduced. Got no problems with the desktop reply though, because the button is right there

    I think this would be a bit impossible in mobile, unless they change the UI
    why? because the swipe gesture is added for the members and channel lists. It would have a hard time swiping to the left to find the channels because you might accidentally reply to a message you don't intend to. Maybe a double click feature would be nice

    I agree that it needs to be a hold and swipe or could even be a double tap. I prefer the swiping to be kept as how to access the members panels.
