Membership Screening setup on mobile

Please add the ability to setup Membership Screening in the mobile app. Having important server settings restricted to desktop only is terrible for those of us who manage servers and only have access to mobile devices. Additionally (or alternatively), please add access to the full desktop version of the website so we could login that way on mobile to access the full desktop version for these important features. Thank you.
