Allowing to mention a role/user without pinging

This could be useful to referring to a (group of) person(s) during a conversation without actually disturbing them or having to use a nickname that doesn't specifically relate to them. 

Easy to make nontheless, applying the same mechanic as the reply function as this would appear the moment you complete the @role/nickname.
