Discord profile banners shouldn't be locked behind Nitro

Honestly, I'm fine with the other things that you need Nitro to access. But having a banner on your profile is something that most other platforms offer for free, and would really be a good option to customize your profile, even if there are still restrictions such as unlocking animated banners with Nitro.
