Ability to message users without the need to friend them

Say for example every discord user is assigned a randomly generated code you hand this code out to people so they can easily message you even though the user's tag has changed If someone needs to ask a question on something they won't need to have to friend you they can just type out what they're going to say with tags (to tell if you think the message is important) In order to prevent bad actors blocked users won't be able to message you using the code and a note saying not to share it with large communities
