Request for channel that automatically adds a /tts command to every message

I would like to be able to designate a channel in my server for users who have headphones but no microphone (or who do not wish, or are unable, to speak), so that the /tts command is automatically appended to any message typed in that channel.

This way, a mute Cmdr can type something and everyone else on that channel can hear it (if they have the channel selected, and assuming they haven't disabled their TTS, of course). 

I would be grateful if you might consider this as a possible future enhancement. Best regards.
