Allow bots with administrator* to join threads automatically

*or maybe other permissions?

Whenever a thread is started, a bot has to be mentioned to join it. For servers that use bots to moderate, threads can be exploited (people can say offensive terms in their messages without them being read by the bot). Having some way to make bots auto-join threads would be helpful for this.
