Introduce a "Quick Reply" feature on Mobile to enable users to swipe left or right or hold and swipe either direction to quickly reply to a message.

I feel, as I am regularly use Discord on both my Laptop and Mobile Device, that replying to messages on Mobile can be quite difficult or take a while sometimes. A way to overcome this is to introduce a feature that let users hold and swipe left or right on a message or just simply swipe left or right, to just reply to it. This would be a lot more efficient, as easier. This feature would also be a setting you can enable or disable in the settings page, as it could be quite annoying or something users don't want. I've seen it in several communications applications on mobile already, I feel it would be an absolutely useful feature to have on Mobile Discord.

    If you're on iOS, touch and hold the notification to get the reply textarea to pop up.

    Would prefer the hold and swipe or a double tap since swiping is used to access channels and member lists.
