Copy-pasting channels recently broke

If I copy-paste ex. "#general", the # is removed and the channel is no longer highlighted. I use a reminder bot, and this breaks my ability to paste a new reminder every week. Hope this can go back to how it worked before! (p.s. copy-pasting emotes too would be great)
