[suggestion] history of deleted messages

I'm working with the mods of a server to help them handle scam links and to report them to the authorities and main internet services.

However, sometimes the only thing they have for me is a "yeah we kinda got the link but somebody deleted it. We'll have to wait until the next time".

If we had a "deleted message" history only accessible by concrete roles, the mods would be able to delete the link as fast as possible while being sure that we'll be able to access the content of the message later. If we don't have a history, we either don't delete links that fast (since we need to copy the link, endangering the server), or we won't be able to terminate scam websites (since we won't be able to register the link in our database).
