It's been three days since I emailed support

I emailed discord about manually adding my phone number, as I was having issues doing so. I got a response the same day, asking what the error said exactly, and what my phone number was. So I replied and gave them what they asked for, and even included a screenshot. It's now been three days and I've neither received a new response nor has my account been updated as I requested.
