Link Scams & Virus

Hello, well today I bring you this case since this security problem has been going on for months.

Lately in many groups / communities / DM's

we are getting these types of link that supposedly there is Discord Nitro on Steam / or that there is to redeem CSGO Skins

Well clearly this is a scam & the links get your Steam or Discord account stolen.

Even the bots are catching these types of malicious links but at the time of not passing links with https:// and just passing (example.com) it is not detectable by the bots.

I would like them to release a patch to stop this kind of people.

Many people have fallen for this scam, I even took the liberty to talk to the DM's of this spammer and he said that he has never sent these links, so it has come to my mind that they must be using some external program (Tokens Message Spammer) that spam links or messages on all the servers you are on without realizing it.

So in recent days I have been reporting to these people who pass these links but they always respond "We have applied the penalty for privacy issues we can not tell you what has been done with the user" but the user continues to publish such content, so I do not know what penalty is applying discord.

PD:

I have given over 150 bans just for these misleading and virus links.

Since everyone would like to have discord nitro, and there will always be someone who will fall for someone else's scams in order to get Nitro.
