We keep hearing each ourselves in video calls

Every time that we try to video call on Discord (that's quiet everyday) we have tons of voice problems. Sometimes we hear ourselves sometimes our voices cannot be heard by each other. Sometimes it's lagging and things like that. We need to get it fixed or we'll have to change our platform for video calls
