New feature regarding streaming in Voice Chats

A small improvement, however it's regarding being able to access channels whilst actively watching streams. I've found that when I'm watching a stream whilst in a Voice Chat, and I want to access another channel that is being used, I have to minimise the full stream and then open it back up again. It would be just more convenient if you could access other channels in the same server whilst have the stream maximised, like a Twitch Chat of sorts, but it could be optional so that you can have the stream at max resolution if you're not checking channels at that point.
