"@online" feature for the server text chats

I think it would be really helpful for the smaller servers to have an @online feature (pings only online users).

Pros:

- No bot needed

- Doesn't require @everyone or a set role to be pinged for an event, call request, or announcement etc.

- Offline people don't get unnecessarily pinged.

Cons:

- The Devs have to develop it first?

My idea could even be expanded to have a feature that means if a popular server wants to ping a role or roles, but only the online users with that role, it could override and filter to only online users with the requested role.
