Asymetric Direct Messages

Being able to open DM channels asymmetrically.

Imagine the following scenario: You are an admin and close off your DM's because the server is too heated, now you want to invite someone to the mod team, or maybe ask calmly to stop breaking a rule in their DM but you are closed off from talking on that server!

Private Threads are a bad solution for what Discord lacks, which is supported in many social media - Being able to open direct message based on privilege.

The solution - a Server Setting: 'Privileged Direct Messages' - only for trusted people among the server mods.
