Voice channel Grouping

Basically what im presenting here is that i want a grouping interface . The grouping interface won't communicate to other channels or anything, it will group people into categories within the voice channel. The problem currently is, as we played various games like conquerors blade , squad  , New world etc, we sat in one big group with over 20 players and we had to activelly train ourselves to distinguish the commander from the soldier. This ability that i am proposing will help users distinguish people in the voice chat easily that people do not get confused and play more efficiently.

Furthermore if this has been already suggested i will delete this post. If any of you know of a bot that does this, please do tell me :). Lastly if you do find a post that suggest this please do link it down :)
