Hidden Muted Channels Keep Appearing

Listen, the Muted channels I set to hide, and I turned off all notifications, but no matter what I do they keep coming back. Mute means mute, and hide means hide, that's why I set it that way. So why do they keep coming back? Now I have to click "mark as read" for them to go away until a new message is out then the hidden and muted channel keeps coming back.

What does it take for hidden muted channels to stay hidden on here? None of the instructions have worked so far. Very annoying.
