SUGGESTION: chat message borders

hi I wanted to make a suggestion that I thought was really cool. it would be really awesome if I could put a border around my chat message. sometimes I have things that are important, and pinning it is a great way to show this, but when scrolling up through the messages it would also be really cool to be able to quickly realize what message was important because it has a red outline border around it or some confetti border around it. you would be able to scroll faster through messages. also maybe a happy birthday message would be cool to have a border as well.
