Thread suggestion

I always think to make a thread when it's already too late; a conversation will basically be finished before I can keep myself from piling on to an unsuspecting channel. I think it would be cool if we could select and move those past messages into a thread, with access to that feature only given to certain user roles. Channels would be so much more well-sorted.
