Option to delete other users messages.

I'm really tired of seeing friends post weird attachments/gifs etc. in chat and then I have to see that weird thing while I am trying to have a conversation with someone. It's really annoying, its an option on most social media I don't see why it can't be an option on discord.

  This should be an option, but it would only delete the message for your side, so it wouldn't affect other peoples chat.
