Forwarder/Virtual Channels

I propose adding a new type of channel called a forwarder (or perhaps virtual) channel.  This channel would forward anyone who enters it to a different channel depending on their roles, for simplification in announcements and channel linking.

For example, a game event could link to a #strategy channel.  People with the "Red Team" role would get forwarded to #red-strategy.  People with blue team would get forwarded to #blue-strategy.  People with neither role would not see #strategy as a clickable event, like Discord already behaves when you don't have access to a channel.

These virtual channels should probably be hidden from the sidebar by default to prevent cluttering large server sidebars.
