noise suppression for other users

basically title. I have friends who have tons of noise coming in their mic and they refuse to use noise suppression or alter their settings, but the noises drives my misophonia insane so the only solution is to turn them down to a level where I can't even hear them. I've seen a couple people post about this already so I really hope something comes of this :(

  I have exact same ignorant people in my server who just refuse to try anything new xD and the last thing i cant stand is hearing them eating freaking crisps in their mic, if this was an option, i could release myself from this eternal torture without muting them fully :")
