Customer Support

Is there even anyone working in the Customer Support? My Account has been hacked 2 days ago and i only ever got one of their automated answers, nothing else. It's still a working bot and sending scam messages to everyone on my servers and friends. Even everyone i know reporting the account doesn't seem to do anything. Is there anyone here from discord that is reading stuff in the feedbacks? Or am i just talking to myself like with my e-mails?
