About Using Slash commands and Bots! Very Important

When we use slash commands for a bot which does NOT have the perms to send messages or even view a channel or use Application commands and if we use a slash command of that bot, the bot replies as if it has Admin perms!

This needs to be changed that the bots can reply only if they can send messages in the channel, or else sometimes people might be able to spam messages with bots, by using commands like /say and then a long thing!
