Suddenly Sluggish

After a recent update or two the program has been sluggish especially after changing servers and scrolling up and down lists (channels/servers/chat/members).

It will use up 10%+ CPU when this happens.

  Same here on Debian GNU/Linux 11 since the last update. Updated with the lastest .deb!

  I can confirm that on fully-updated Arch Linux, Discord version 0.0.16 has major performance issues, while 0.0.15 is fine. 0.0.16 is actually worse than using Discord in a browser.

  A few people I know are also experiencing this on other Linux distros, and Windows too.

  Same here, it's happening since the last update
  I'm using Manjaro Linux 21.1.3, Intel HD Graphics 620 (open-source Mesa driver), Intel Core i3 7100U

  I turned back on Hardware Accel to fix the sluggish issue but not sure if I had it on originally or not.  If I did then it was randomly turned off.  If I didn't then something messed up in a recent update.

  I'm on Windows 11 so it isn't just a Linux thing either.
