I want to change my nickname before I join the server.

It would be useful to be able to change your nickname before you join a server. For example, if I have an account with my real name, but want to use a nickname on a particular server, it would be bad for my privacy if I can't change it before I join the server.

  On a discord server the other users will also see your normal name, so this feature would bring nothing but work for the developers.

  I back this, it would be unlikely people would go through the effort of finding out who a particular person is that just joined the server if it's not already somebody they recognise immediately and it would most likely lower their interest on the person.
