Add Captcha before sending/recieving PM

I'm on some crypto/NFT servers and the "NEW CRYPTO YAY!" bots are so annoying, can you add the option before messaging me a captcha must be solved?

  Simpler to remove NFT/Crypto support before it becomes an even more toxic and problematic issue for Discord as a whole.
