Shorter Copy message links for FAQs/Guides

"Copy Message Link" results in a very long URL that works anywhere. It'd be nice if there was a way to copy a shorter link that will only work on the server in question. This would be useful for things like FAQs and Guides. 

Maybe it could display like a reply?
