Knocked out

Can someone knock someone out of a VRChat world by breaking his connection to VRChat?  This has happened to me a couple of times.  I'm in a world, then suddenly the screen freezes, and I get an error message saying that the system has encountered a problem, an needs to reboot.  It only happened in two specific worlds, the most recent with CozyCon.  I discovered that there are people at CozyCon whom I know, who hate me, and would be more than happy that I be shunned.  So can a person be denied access to a world; and if they enter, their system is made to shut down?  Please answer soon; I want to go to Howloween..
