Easier way to give someone roles!

Hey! 

I was wondering if a feature could be added where you can right click to give someone roles if you @ them in the text field without having to actually send the message. 


I feel like this would be very easy to implement and would save people a lot of time and from @ing people without any cause but to give them roles when they needed to find them.

    Wow! This would be an awesome new feature, it's currently 6:40 AM and I'm just browsing upon the Discord forums and I stumble upon this. Hope this gets added soon :)

    this would be amazing to have, not having to ghost ping people, etc to give them roles good thinking portscan!
