Custom Smaller Version of Emoji

When you put an emoji as its own message, it's big and easy to see. However, at smaller sizes, it gets squished and tiny. My suggestion is basically copying Steam's emoji feature:

When you upload an emoji, Discord could have the option of adding smaller versions for displaying in text or reactions. Of course, if the uploader doesn't want to add smaller versions, the emoji would use the automatic shrinking that Discord already uses.
