Can we change video quality? (Feature request?)

Not all of us have fast internet so being forced to download videos in 720 or 1080 just takes forever and eats up data plans. Maybe I'm blind but I looked for some way to adjust video quality, can we please have it as a feature? Specifically for mobile since I find it's used more than desktop between me and my friends.

  I don't think they are going to be doing this (at least not for free), because streams are relayed through a server to hide the streamer's (screen-sharing discord user) ip-adress. They would have to re-encode the stream to lower resolutions on their servers or would have to let the streamer to stream multiple resolutions at once (which would be more traffic through the discord video server again). Both ways cost very much proccesing ressources.

  Or what they could at least do is allowing to do one stream at a lower resolution, that could be possible.
