Feature request: ping selectors

There are situations where you want to ping specific people, but don't want to ping all of them by hand. Currently you can ping roles and members, or everyone/here, but sometimes you want to ping "all online staff members", so you need ping selectors. If you know commands in Minecraft, there is stuff like @e[type=marker,tags=my_tag]. This selects every "entity" with the type "marker" and the tag "my_tag". You would need something like that for roles.

Idea: @Mod[here] (ping every online moderator) or @Role1+Role2 (ping every member with Role1 AND Role2)

    isnt @Role1+Role2 normal? for example you could say "Hello! @Role1 @Role2"

    No, I said Role1 AND Role2. Maybe the syntax should be changed to @Role1&Role2.

    Now that I think about it, maybe there would also be something like @everyone-No Ping.
