Android update 2021.09.28 - App crash

I've had no problems with the Android app, but after updating less than an hour ago, the app doesn't even open -- goes straight into a full app crash. Info: Update: 93.8 - Stable (Though clearly unstable). System: fully updated Samsung Galaxy S10e using Android 11 Further details: Can access website and support forms on Discord using mobile browser, but cannot open app. Instant crash. Have not attempted to open on PC as I don't have that option available at the moment. Manual app cache and data wipe ineffective, have not attempted an uninstall and reinstall but will try that next. Full cell data service and high speed wifi secuted -- not a connection issue. What next, Discord? Will you ignore the Google Play reviews filtering in and pretend everything's still fine on your Status page? Would love to hear solutions Thank you!

    ye it opens for a total of 1s max and just closes. clear cache › force stop help nothing.

    Same here. It's crashing on my phone. Force stop and restart did nothing. Got full bars, Wi-Fi, etc. Something's definitely wrong with the app right now.

    The weird thing is it works just fine on my tablet. So maybe it's an Android problem? All my other apps work fine.

    also experiencing this currently - nothing i do seems to fix it, and not receiving any help from the internet.
