Getting notifications from an account I don't follow, had muted, and also blocked but Discord won't help me

I wrote Discord on several occasions but instead of getting help I got a warning. I entered a server then proceeded to mute that server permanently. The server continued sending me notifications so I left the service and blocked it. I still received notifications from it's welcome bot. I wrote Discord help but all they did was tell me to delete and re install then delete and install the beta and it kept on like this for multiple emails until the guy tries to be rewarded for his help though he didn't help at all. I'm still receiving those notifications even after deleting the app and also switching phones twice. But that's not the kicker. I received an email from Discord about a server I was invited to but never did anything in, about how it goes against guidelines. If I continue this activity my account may be deactivated. What? So they can come after me for accepting an invite but not the person who obviously hacked their servers because for me to still be getting notifications from the same server after switching phones twice and deleting and reinstalling the app numerous times clearly shows something wrong on their end. But yeah I'm the problem not the obvious hack tho. Discord is a joke
