Custom Status Hidden

I think that users can have an option to have a Custom Status Hidden, which could be hidden for the people that the user selects. Some people selected can view the user's Custom Status. The people that are not selected, can't view the Custom Status of the user.

  You can block people, that completely hides your status from them

  But if I want to talk to the user but with my status hidden? If I block the user, I couldn't talk. So...
