New Feature Request - (pinging all in a call)

Hi Discord!

Recently I had this idea for a new feature Discord should be able to add fairly easily. The feature would be a new @ option to ping all people currently in a specific voice channel. This is perfect for showing friends when someone will be able to join and also means that the long winded discord bots are not needed to add a custom role for when someone is in a VC so they can be pinged. I think this idea will be extremely helpful for all users of discord and can be added to the permissions option for each role (off by default obviously lol).
