Discount on Nitro if you have Nitro Classic

This one is simple. If you have Nitro Classic, you can upgrade to regular Nitro for 50% off. You would be basically be paying for Nitro Classic twice, which is the same price as regular Nitro.

    It is insane to me that this isn't already implemented. I have a Nitro Classic subscription and I want to switch to Nitro, but I pay for a yearly Classic subscription and I would have to wait another 9 months to get my money's worth. I should be able to just upgrade with a discount instead of being made to wait nearly a year. It's like they don't want my money.

    I am going through this right now. A friend purchased me the wrong subscription in error, and it has been less than one 1 week. Now we want to get the regular Nitro instead of classic and are having a hard time. It would be nice of them to have an instant chat, a phone number, or some way that is easier to keep in touch with their customers. Now it appears I will be locked into a classic for another 11 months.

    Agreed. I wish I wasn't locked behind this issue. It's a waste of money to upgrade before it expires.
