Avatar quality (blurry pfp) on Desktop version is still broken.

Appareantly it was claimed it was fixed in a hotfix but i'm afraid it's still broken on live client as well as on PTB. I've checked how my avatar looks on browser version and it's way better quality compared to dekstop version.

Here is browser version quality:
And here is the Desktop version:

You immediately can see how blurry the desktop pfp is, even though the original image is HD as it gets.
