Voice over and channel messages

When in a text channel voiceover focus does not stay at the bottom of the text messages list. Constantly jumps upward to prior messages in the channel. This makes navigating all of the text messages and entering new ones slower and way more difficult. Could you please set the channels so that the text message list stays at the bottom where the newer messages show up when using voice over?
