[Feature Request] Targeted ping block/Default reply setting

My point in this is very simple and i think at least hope that majority agrees on this

having 100500 pings stocked up that clearly are of no value is just annoying when you want to find only what you would consider of importance or value

people never care to disable them even if its just done by simply doing shift+click

blocking users hides their messages completely when you will still probably want to see what they have to say despite this(as well as their DMs)

on top of that blocking a user blends them with other blocked users who you wouldnt want to see

blocking pings from a specific server/chat means you will miss what is actually important from people in that chat who care and not abuse this

all i want is more tools to filter out what is important and what is not,specifically to use those on people that tend to force (keeping their reply across 10-15 short messages rather then stop spamming enter and keep it in one) and with reply ping being on by default those archetypes became just a complete pain

as well as target block would help with some of the bots who you would want to see in your dms and overall,but not their pings

And before you tell me,yes,i have seen there have been at least 10 or 15 posts about this already in a span of a year(which surprises me why TH wasnt this already a thing),but what changed since then?we still have this damn thing on
