You should get better help for have account being hacked it ridiculous I that discord don't do anything about having your account bing hacked

    same here even I have the early support badge, and this what I got " if someone has gotten into your account and changed your account information then you will need to create a new account."

    I had a Early Supporter badge too, when I got hacked I had a few replies from support. They told me the case was escalated, it was on the 22nd of september I got that email.

    It should be a easy fix, if they have some very simple logging on users. And the original email message you saying they got hacked.

    It would take them less than a minute to transfer it back, however I think there isn’t any logs like that when they are this trash at giving people their account back.

    I won’t ever buy nitro again.

    I feel like discord should give back the Early Supporters badge for the people that have lost it or for had there account deleted cuz of the hackers

    I just don’t get why that is an issue for them.

    Btw still haven’t heard from them, today it’s 2 weeks since last reply from them.
    I’ll just assume you got hacked too husky even you didn’t explicitly stated that.

    How long have you waited since your last reply?

    It took them a day to get back to me when I reported it but they haven't done anything since then.

    Yes I did get hacked.

    Its so annoying that there not doing their job to get hacked account back to user's that have been using there app for ages.

    I'm also a beta tester for discord and I feel like there not doing anything to help anyone especially when it comes down to hacked account. Sorry I feel like Im repeating my self for how stupid discord support team is

    Apperently they are bad about approving messages on here as well. I wrote on swear word in my post 5 days ago.

    And my message have still pending, here it is with half of the word blured out:

    «Yeah I 100% agree with you, I think they can streamline their processes and maybe put more money into support. From what I’ve seen around no one get their account back but you want to have some fu**ing hope and keep faith in the system.

    But it’s kind of hard when they don’t get back to us»

     

    Edit: For the record, I still haven’t heard anything, last message is still the 22nd of September.

    Just wanted to give anyone a update that is probably in the same situation. My discord got hacked on the 20th of September, it took them two min before they answered me and I didn't get a message before half an hour ago. I just got my account back, I don't know why me and so many others seem to not get it back.

    I'll just say what I and some friends did is keep track of what the current user name of the account that got hacked had and just kept sending emails into the void. Suddenly I got a email telling me it's disabled and I could reset the password. 

    I'm happy I got my account back, I'm just a bit sad it needed to almost take two months. There are no trace of the hacker on my account even I can see it changed username multiple times. Some of my messages viewed and some was not, so I'm not even sure what was done really. 

    If you read this thread your account is probably hacked, and for that I would say just keep up hope. Even it might end up costing you 2 months.
