Bot response

My account was hacked, They sent sketchy nitro links. Its been 2 weeks now, and every single token I have sent has been a bot response. All I get is "We will not reinstate your account." I have a bunch of friends on there that I can't get back. either I don't remember their tag or they aren't online anymore. Please help!
