Simplified Message Layout for Screen Readers
Not sure if it's just me or not, but as of the latest Discord updates I've been getting increasingly confusing layouts for messages displayed in both the browser and desktop app versions of Discord. A message used to be a simple heading with the person's name and timestamp, followed by text underneath.
Now a message is the person's name, timestamp, two clickable menu buttons which don't open properly, and the actual message's text is bracketed by article metadata that repeats the message's text twice, making it difficult to read and understand. This format persists whether developer mode is on or off, and whether the messages are in cozy or compact mode.
Please implement a feature to simplify the amount of information displayed with messages, or at least hide some of it so they are easier to read.
Likewise, if anybody has figured a way around this issue, I'd love to hear about it :) I use JAWS 2019 for reference.
