Live Photo Support

Hello! As an iPhone user I take many live photos and would like to be able to share these over Discord. I think that adding live photo support into Discord would be beneficial to many people, not just myself. Live photo support would include the ability for iOS users to send live photos and every discord user to view them (perhaps by holding the mouse down?)
