I can't log into my account!!!!!!

I tried to log into my secondary account, but for some reason my phone number was unassociated from my main account and because of that whenever I try to log into my main account I get an error like "This phone number was recently used on a different account ". I don't know if I wait it will end, but I tried to enter discord using the phone and not the email but the discord doesn't accept any of my passwords, and if I put it in "forgot my password" it says send an SMS but I never get it.
